I would like to share with you the notes I took from the speech of ASSAM President Mr. Adnan Tanrıverdi at the congress. 

When we examine today's modern understanding of the state, a state can be formed if four main fields of activity are at the center. The first of these is “state”, the second is “internal security”, the third is “external defense”, and the fourth is “foreign affairs”. The answer to the question “How should an administration style be?” is given, 7 congresses planned by taking these four main fields of activity to the center. 

Mr. Tanrıverdi said that detailed studies were carried out in order to establish a planned movement by bringing up the main issues underlying the formation of an Islamic Union; “A total of 48 declarations will be published in the congresses declared so far and on topics such as whether economic cooperation can be made between Islamic countries and how it should be done, whether joint defense industry production can be made and how it should be done”.

As you know, being dependent on the industries and powers of certain states in the current system makes it difficult to claim the full independence of any state. Stating that it would not be possible to challenge that other person with the weapon of a foreigner in this regard, Mr. Tanrıverdi said, “Our defense industry must be taught jointly within the Islamic world. When we look at the number of tanks, artillery and aircraft carriers today, the total amount of the Islamic world ranks first in the world in total. If it starts to produce the weapons itself, then it will become a power”. 

Considering the fact that there is a need for joint work in technology at the same time, it is obvious that the Islamic Union envisaged in this regard should also deal with technology. Stating that Islamic countries should have a common R&D center in the studies to be done in the field of technology, Mr. Tanrıverdi said, "All countries should be above the technology level based on world standards, and this should have a center and all studies should be managed from a single center”.  

Also talking about a certified system, Mr. Tanrıverdi talked about the importance of the certificates received from laboratories and the importance of the products we produce that can be used all over the world. 

Compared to the participation rate of the congress held last year, the participation of this year's congress made a noticeable difference. Stating that they have achieved an excellent synergy in this regard, Mr. Adnan Tanrıverdi also expressed his belief that this awareness will increase every year. 

It is my personal wish, I hope this awareness will increase every year and prepare the ground for the establishment of the Islamic Union, which has many advantages for Islamic countries. Because while the current unjust order only benefits giants, the world will become more just, more orderly and systematic if the Islamic Union is established.
