Ali Sirmen and Mine G. Kırıkkanat also joined the convoy to express their opinions on SADAT and ASSAM.

Young people are naive, they are inexperienced, they want to be famous, etc. They can make mistakes, I can understand that. However, I have serious difficulties in understanding how two experienced journalists like Sirmen and Kırıkkanat could make such a mistake.

I felt the need to give an answer to these two experienced journalists, even though it is not worth replying to young ones.

1. INTRODUCTION

GNAT has undertaken a historical task. More precisely, in the last general elections, our nation gave this task to the GNAT. The Assembly has also started a study that allows the participation of all segments of our people. We perceive this preferred method in the preparation of the new Constitution as an important feature that allows everyone to get it off their chest. Because those who have been personally harmed by the unlawful acts have important issues to tell.

As the Justice Defenders Association (ASDER), the victims of the last coup period and former members of the Turkish Armed Forces, who were the architect of the tutelage established on the political will, who served at various levels, they have important observations to talk about both the tasks and powers of the Armed Forces and the system generally.

Georg Charpentier and Abdussalam Elbelaz from Finland-based CMI Peace Organization (https://cmi.fi/), who are focused on mediation and peace studies, visited ASSAM on February 7. They introduced CMI and shared what they have done for Libya. They were informed about the mission and vision of ASSAM. Following the meeting, the Mediterranean Issue book was presented to them by ASSAM Vice President Ersan Ergür and the 4th International ASSAM Islamic Union Congress Declaration Booklet by ASSAM Secretary General Ali Coşar.

After the meeting, in which youth issues were also discussed, our Vice President Ersan Ergür Bey signed and presented his book titled Mediterranean Issue to Mr. Kürşat Mican.
